Each beautiful detail of Maura & Oliver's day was perfectly crafted. Each lovely part showed the love and commitment they have to one another, as well as the joy they had in celebrating with the people they most cared about. The beginning of the wedding celebration was near their Pearl District home where they rehearsed their ceremony, and then the rehearsal dinner was hosted at Paragon in Portland, Oregon.

The groomsmen prepared for the wedding by getting dressed at Wildwood & Company in Portland, Oregon. Oliver's 3-piece suit was created for him with special touches to reflect the day.

Maura and her bridal party prepped for the wedding day in Maura & Oliver's downtown neighborhood. The city and the loft made the perfect backdrop for the ladies getting ready.

The happy couple shared a private first look in their home, and then they were ready to celebrate and begin the merrymaking of their wedding day together! The emerged from the elevators full of smiles, greeted by their bridal party.

We spent the afternoon going to beautiful places in Portland that reflected Oliver & Maura's love for one another and their city. A particular favorite was the running path the two often follow on their runs together. Other spots were around beautiful buildings in the Pearl, as well as a stop by the mural outside of Lowbrow Lounge.

Maura and Oliver's Hoyt Arboretum nuptials took place in at the Stevens Pavilion in Forest Park. They said their "I-Do's" under a canopy of northwest pines, just a short walk away from where Oliver proposed.

The reception took place at Bluehour in the Pearl District of downtown Portland, Oregon and was DJ'd by DJ RPM with Paradox Productions. The day was coordinated by Gather Event Planning.

Miranda and Bryan thrilled the guests at their wedding by inviting them hot air ballooning. I was, likewise, elated to be included as their photographer. While the happy couple took off in the larger balloon with several friends and family members, I was on a second, smaller balloon capturing images of their flight. What an adventure!

After landing and regrouping at the airport, Miranda & Bryan said their vows and toasted their nuptials with mimosas during a beautifully intimate ceremony and breakfast reception. 

I had the great joy of meeting Melissa & Dan when I was their wedding photographer, and I have been so honored to be included in their happily ever after. It is my great joy to show off Princess Ella's royal newborn portraits. Its so wonderful to see love blossom through the growth of family!

Daisy chains and climbing trees. This beautiful girl with the soul of a poet was such a joy to photograph. I love that everything is on Willa's terms, and I felt blessed to get some genuine smiles (and my own daisy chain) during our mini session.

I adore this session of Grayson and his mama as he was about to turn one year old! He was ready to celebrate with his Mickey shirt and balloons--
